I purchased a Whirlpool wahing machine (White Magic 123) from Saincha Canteen Trivandrum on 15.09.2011

Machine Model No.12205 Sr. No. INF 113012154. The Machine is not working after installation. The complaint of the same

transmitted to the

customer care on 17.09.2011 and a complaint no.has been provided (12165) They has not responded so far. Now I decided to file a suite against the

Whirlpool for cheating under THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1989.
