Duplicate Invoice

Sir/Madam,

I have bought a new LG make double door Refrigerator for my marriage from M/s CHAWLA ELECTRONICS (3775, Near Over Bridge, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002) on 03/mayhaving invoice no - 707 .

Somehow the Invoice got misplaced and i am facing some problem in the refrigerator and when i ask Chawla Electronics to issue a duplicate invoice for my Product. The sales guy (Mr. Kailash) said that according to their companies rules and regulations we have to pay a sum of Rs200 for a dupliacte invoice.

So you are erquested to pls help me for the same.
