I purchased Godrej Fridge on 25-03 at Chellamani & Co, Chidambaram. 11-05 our fridge was not functioning, I inform the Chellamani & Co office, 14-05 they check the fridge and inform that due to gas leakage its not functioning, I receive sms through my mobile 9244494449 from godrej Company the repair was carried out. But there was nobody come over to carry out the repair, several time we make a phone call to office, finally 08-06 the mechanic come over and repair, after two hours the same problem was happened. After that we informed to the office, then 09-06 they check the fridge and ask them to contact mechanic, several times we make a phone call to mechanic but he never turn up to carry out the work
