I bought a whirlpool refrigerator 450 ltrs and is having a valid 5 years AMC contract. I lodged a complaint regarding insufficient cooling on 11 june 07. The complaint no. 4843. Till today no service personnel has visited. The after sales service of whirlpool is atrocious. I have a whirlpool w/machine also for which i faced` similar situation.
