Purchased whirlpool washing meachine model no. 8701 sl.no. inb 045004752 on 11-01 from pnv agencies mavelikkara. unfortunately the meachine was not working on the first day itself. people from whirlpool authorised agency
mr. puspan from popular electronics kayamkulam and an engineer came to my house at mizpha house, eravankara, mavelikkara and change the pannel board and the meachine was working. after few days once again the meachine was
jumping heavy viberation. my wife complained to the shop where purchased and to the service center and to madras
office. madam akila was there she told that your meachine was complaint from the begining so pay transportation charge
we will give you new meachine. i am in saudi arabia my wife and small children was alone in the house. the complaint is on 2007 the meachine got repaired and from the service centre (popular electronics) kayamkulam took the meachine
and not returned until now. now four years passed what happened to the meachine. why they not returned to us.
why the did not give a new meachine. we have all bills with us where we should complaint to the police station, or to
the court of justice. or to the consumer court. the bill no for the service is 2095, 1722. i am working in saudi arabia
and my wife is sick cannot travel from a place to another. i dont know why these kind of things happening in such a
