I would like to escalate this Order:30000030255 i had placed on 21-Dec.

I called up voice support with the complaint of non-delivery and incorrect AWB# mentioned on my order status.

I am still awaiting a proper resolution on this and keep getting different word from each of the executive and when i ask them to log the same comment in the caseid : 69472 open against it, i get response as this cannot updated as it is confidential data.

So far, i've sent 3 emails and talked to 4 different customer care executives and heard false promises and incorrect data. (you can see the log of same in the open Case.

and when i asked to cancel my order after waiting for 19 days, i was told within few seconds that my request has been sent for cancellation, but i still dont see the updated on my order status on my order account page.

I would request you to have this delivery done as the earliest or cancel this order immediately and process the refund.

this was my first transaction with indiatimes which unfortunately has turned out to be my worst online shopping experience.
