Chroma Bengalore Paid for washing machine but not delivering

I have purchased a LG Front Load washing machine from Chroma - Jayanagar - Bangalore (Ph 08065395802) on 12th Feb. I have paid the whole amount. I was promised that the delivery will be done by 19th Feb. When checked on 19th, they told that they do not have stock and the delivery will be done by next saturday i.e. 26 Feb. I have called them now and asked for the delivery; however, they are giving vague answers and are not responding properly.
