Sir, i have submitted my mobile phone model no.401, serial no. RTCHSC000404636, on 4 April and it has not been delieverd to me yet. They told me many times that your mobile phone should not been repaired as they have no spare parts and they told to the company for spare parts but company does not take the required action.
