My name is Trupti and my family had purchased Electrolux washing machine from Pune (Rawat Brothers -1583 Sadashiv peth, Tilak road, Pune) some 2.5-3 years back. The machine was purchased on my fathers name: Dr. Prashant Nichal and we are now facing some issues with it, like spinning problem. The shop from where we purchased from is closed since last several days (for some construction reason I guess) and the contact details that they had provided us for servicing etc do not exist any more.
