Not cooling

Dear Sir,

I have given complaint on 29.04.2008 vide complaint no. HD0408011910, regarding cooling problem, till date your service engineer not yet at visited for rectifying the problem. I have made calls to your customar care more than 15 times till date nobady is responding i want to know the status of my complaint, I once again request you to instruct the concerned authorites to recetfing the problem immediately with out further delay.
