I have purchased a sunflame chimney from Rani Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi on May and it was working very smoothly till Dec but after that it has started making noise and sometimes it shakes. i have complaint many times to Rani Bagh, Delhi where is purchasing after the service in Delhi he has sent his workers twice but instead of curing the fault they have made it worst. they could not even get the problem with the chimney.i am calling him from last One Month but he has done nothing just trying to pass as much time as he could.this shows your after sales services are so bad specially in Delhi. I am not at all satisfied with your service.
please look after the matter as quickly as possible, because the reason for which we have bought the chimney is not being fulfiled.
I hope you will take some quick action as soon as possible.
