I had bought a second hand mobile (sony ericson F 305-RS 4500) from one mr.hanif i think owner of confidence mobile shop located at first floor of citi centre at goregaon in mumbai.the nxt day i called mr hanif stating that the mobile he had sold me was a faulty one (problems with display & speaker) he said it could be fixed for cheap but later took another one thousand rupees for repairing it (total amount i had payed him by now was five thousand five hundred).
even after repairing the handset it continued to give me problems.eventually i was all frustrated of the mobile mr hanif had sold me.i called him asking for giving ME MY MONEY BACK.THAT TIME HE WAS READY TO GIVE ME ABOUT TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TO WHICH I HAD AGREED.so i went to give the mobile back to the shop owner. but now mr hanif was missing from the shop for over a month.but i could not keep the mobile with me any longer so i left it there only at his shop and i returned it back to him.
now recently when i called him for the same he said he could only give me one thousand rupees since the mobile rates have gone down.well it was just a matter of three to four months that i had bought the mobile from him for now total amount costing five thousand five hundred just four months previously for the same mobile.
please someone help me i feel like completely cheated upon.and he has been threatning me to come to his shop n talk about the money matter.
