2 months back i have received phone call form your company and conved me about my guranteed nomination in top 5 if i purchase online the apppliance name philips home theatre i booked immidiately and called for my credit card information for online payment i gave all the details and my payment was materilised.

now as on today i have not received any information or product parcel form your end and no information about my top 5 niomination.

as we knopw that in electronics market there is no purpose if you do not get your things.because in such products no price gurantee. as on to day the same philips home theatre is priced at 5999/-for which i have paid 6900/- to you

i therefore now not interesed to purchase my philips home hteatre form your company kindly cancelled my online ordered because i do not know my order no but i give below my information
