I have bought the Cool Pad 2938 from below mentioned Reliance Dealer,

with the Invoice No : 1110 Dated 20-Jan, The Above Mobile set has been strongly recommended by the above reliance dealer and assured for the replacement in case of any problem. After purchasing the above set used for 3 to 4 days, I Faced the following problem and it has been informed to the dealer accordingly, and on the same instants I requested them to replace the set with the new set or the any other brand which equivalent to the same price. But they made me to run up and down for 5 to 6 days after the intimation. Today again I visited the showroom and I met the concerned manager and I have explained him all the technical issues but categorically he has rejected my request and he is telling, it is no way concerned with us once if it’s sold and literally he has thrown us out of the shop. So in this scenario what I have to do? And Secondly why I should not refer the same to the consumer forum.

2. Images are not Opening
3. Touch pad response is very bad
4. Speaker Quality is not good
5. Signal strength is very low.
