No service facility provided

I have purchased one handset from Reliance's Pimpri outlet. From the first month of purchase the instrument started giving trouble. When i approacched the outlet for service they are unable to provide th service and asked to go to other outlets, then i went to Nigidi outlet near Lokmanya Hospital. From there also didn't get any positive response.

I dont' know where to go now? If somebody cannot give service facility why they are selling the electronic product??
