Phone hanging, key pad gone bad because of manufacturing defect & service centre is refusing to replace key pad though it is under warranty

Having many problems with this handset, all of sudden handset hangs, automatically it will switch off, voice quality is very low & key pad is gone bad as they have not fixed keypad properly & when I asked to change the key pad service centre is refusing to do so & they are not even bother to reply my mails. MAIL ORRESPENDENCE ATTACHED BELOW FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

please note NOKIA COMPANY IS NOT HAVEING ANY MAIL ID TO GIVE COMPALINT DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY.

Dear Sir, With referecne to your Job Card No: 293434038/081114/12 & in continuation to my teleconverstaion with your staff Mr. Govind i would like to state few words: I have given my handset to you for repair with follwing complaints : 1) Display light is not functioning2) All of sudden handset wil hang3) incoming voice quality is very low (I could not hear properly while attending the call) 4) Instrument will switch off automatically during conversation5) Keypad is gone bad (Particular Key) - this has happened during the course of opening the slide. As you people (Nokia) have not fixed the slide properly & the slide is touching the key pad. Now i request you to look into the above complaints & attend them at the earliestincluding change of KEYPAD. Mr. Goving was saying key pad will not come under warranty. But please note THE KEY PAD HAS GONE BAD DUE TO YOUR FAULT (i.e. companys fault). Also please note I will not take delivery of my handset unless you attend all the complaints indluding replacement of key pad. AWAITING FOR THE REPLY Regards N.Venkatagiri9980094276
