Cordless drill machine with screw driver
One part of the product found missing - COMPLAINT REF. NO. 735518

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased one unit of cordless drill machine with screw driver vide order ref no. 201103111411366.

I received the consignment on 27th. March. On opening the parcel I found that one part of the product is missing. There are supposed to be 5 nos. of grinder bits, but I received only 4 nos. (2 pcs of pink colour ones & 2 pcs. of white colour ones). The 5th. grinder bit was found to be missing.

Subsequently, I made a complaint on the phone and spoke to Mr. Nilesh. I was given the complaint reference no. as 735518 and was told that the missing part would be despatched to me within one week.

I have made several follow up calls but never received any satisfactory response. Even this morning I made a phone call and spoke to one lady who put me on hold for almost 15 minutes and then the call was timed out.

I would appreciate if somebody could look into my complaint and let me know when I can expect to receive the missing part of my order.
