My name laxman karekar.
I was ordered drill machine on 8th april and on 19th I got that. but It was defective. then I register complaint with homeshop18 and request for replace the drill machine. but they have procedure to first send the drill machine return to homeshop18 then they will give me another machine.
then as per procedure I have booked with TNT courier service for return the product and give me docket number. but still they are not pickup the product from my home for replacing. and I got harsment in that.
My lots of works are pending.
