Nokia - 6233
Blue tooth not working

Hello,

I do have Nokia 6233 model, but blue not working when i tried to send the message to another the same model mobile. In fact it not detecting the 6233 user even after they switched on blue tooth "ON".

Can you please tell me, if you know reason for the same.
