Sir, reference to our request no . 2131915648 on 31/12 as per our telephonic request, we request you to deactivate the vodafone no. 9654232369, as this no. has been misplaced and misused. this no had been already deactivated on 4 september but on 10 sep. 2009 this no. has been again activated by unknown person . this has been done without our authorization . we are not responsible to pay the bill for the same no from 4 sep. 2009 onward. all the payment made after 4 sep 2009 should be refunded. so please deactivated this no. for ever.
