My uncle in law gifted me the refrigerator of Electrolux on my wedding as a gift in 2006 and I have started to face the problem. I have called up 4-5 times to customer care and everytime they charged me 500 to 1000 rupees. I am fed up with the services of Electrolux, even they don't have time to listen our problem and straight way say that do whatever you can.
This is really painful that its a big company and the way they are working is very cheap and unprofessional.
Pls. help me out from this problem if anybody can.
