I have purchased cri surface 1 HP pump set from a dealer situated at Green park, karmanghat, Hyderabad on 21.10.11 which got broken/damaged physical metal body, so handed over to the dealer on 22.10.11 for replacement of the pump set. But there was no proper response from the dealer. In turn he had sent to CRI service centre and they had informed to send to CRI company for further action.
Even I have lodged with CRI toll free no. and a complaint has been lodged with complaint no. CRI1110707 on 28.10.11 after continuous followup with dealer/cri toll free today they are providing a solution - to bear the damage charges even though within the guarantee period, which is not satisfactory solution to us.
Hence, please provide the correct solution.
