I had purchased Croma micromwave on 30/10 & was informed that I will be getting demo within 48 hours but till date I have not recieved any calls on that.
I had called to the number given to me but I am hearing the music & no executive is picking the call. I had to wait for 30 mins for each call & finallly disconnected 6 times I have tried
I was lucky once & i have registered the complaint but without any reasult till date.
I think this is not the way you should treat your customer by giving some customare care number & he has to listen to music for 30 mins or more which is not safe to hold the mobile so long near your ear.
I had good expectation from TATA but you have let me down
Also I had very bad experience when i went for purchase on BEL road as there was no person to attend us even after our frequent request & also person who had come also did not have knowledge about the product.
i am thinking of returning the product.
