Cooler fan not working

I had purchased one Cooler kit from Arora Electricals Govind Puri, Kalkaji, on 12.06.2010 but that fan worked for two days and stopped.

I logded complaint on 20.06.2010 and no. is 1006033462 but no responce had been taken by company.

We have only one cooler and in these peak summer we are facing many problems due to non attending the complaint by the these reputed company.

Please look into matter and help us.
