Sub: Sale of a defective wall mount fan by Radha Krishna Electricals- Avinashi Road Coimbatore-18 - cash Bill No.217/ 27-24-Rs 1800/-

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a wall mount fan of your product from the said shop. They issued a bill in the name Sri Renga Electricals Coimbaotre. At the time of purchase, the said fan was not tested before me and it is the duty of the shop to deliver the goods to the customer after showing the proper test whether the product is in good and satisfactory condition. There is no need that the customer should demand for a test. Even if it is asked, normally the agencies say that all the pieces are tested as soon as they arrived from the manufacturers. The said concern did not mention the product number / serial number of the fan in the bill and the said shop did not give me the warranty card. At the time of delivery in the premises of the shop, a staff told that if at all any problem with this crompton product, the bill is enough for further evidence.

While I contacted the dealer over phone to their number 2380431, I was told by a staff who attended the phone that certain defectives will come and they are prepared to rectify it immediately. Knowing fully well that the goods (wall fan) sold to me is a defective item, the dealer Radha Krishna Electrical should have informed to you as soon as they received the consignment of wall fans. I am directed to contact the service centre of Crompton Greaves in the city by the said dealer and they gave the number as 0422-252653 telling that a technician would attend the repair in the fan in my premises. I contacted the service centre and I was asked to bring the warranty card. But I said that such card was not issued. The service centre said that the bill was sufficient for warranty.

I am 57 and I should carry this to your service centre today the 5th May and it is a punishment to me for the only reason that I purchased a reputed product. I request that suitable action should be taken against the concern Radha Krishna Electricals Avinashi Road Coimbatore-18 for not giving the warranty card of the wall fan
