Not attended to see the product bought nor explained about the product

I had purchased Crompton Greaves Water Geyser two years back. Till date not a single person of the company has come to see the product nor given a demonstration of the product. I feel very bad about the service of the company. Sorry to state having a big name is of no use until and unless service is given. Never expected from Crompton Greaves. If you want further sales service will only speak.
