My complaint No 1110031169 & 1111000015 dtd 19.10.2011 & 31.10.2011 resptly. My Invertor is having some problems, and it is coming under Warranty perid & I lodged the complaint. I got a message, " your complaint will get attented in 3 working days. After 10 days they took the instrument to repair. And after one month they contacted me and said " you have to pay Rs 2700/- for the cost of the board. "I told them to bring back the instrrument, along with service report showing the exact dates. So far they have not returned the same. A middle class customer is having TRUST in your brand & opting for it. It is very sad to say, such incidents will definitely harm the reputation you had for quiet long years. There is no other alternative for me, except to move to CPA Forum for redressal of the issue. I will definitely tell all my friends and relatives not to go for your products.
