I had purchased one monoset water pump 1 ah from S.K. SETH AND SONS, G.B. ROAD, DELHI-6, date 18-6, when I purchased this, they had given me on site warranty, after so many calls to their service centre, they sent a engineer but they are not providing me replacement or on site warranty, even now they are not picking up my phone calls, company should think about their policy after sale, and should watch on their dealers attitude otherwise what is the fun to buy branded product, it will be better if customer should go with local vendors
