POOR SERVICE PROVIDE AFTER SHIFTING

WE HAVE PURCHASED SYMPHONY AIR COOLER MODEL JUMBO Jr. ON 27/04 BILL CHALLAN NO:-160. WITHIN A MONTH THE AIR COOLER IS NOT WORKING SO WE HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAIN TO THE DARSHAK ELECTRONICS ON 2/6 AT 10:15 A.M.WHENEVER WE CALL THEM REGARDING COMPLIN THEY GIVE WRONG COMMITMENT LIKE SERVICE ENGINEER IS ON THE WAY.BUT STILL WE HAVE PASSED 24 HOURS ON 4/6 WHOLE DAY THIS TYPE MAKING WRONG COMMITMENT TO US.THEY SAY TO US THAT WILL ALSO COME AFTER WOULD BE COME AT HOME AFTER 10 P.M. IS IT RELIABLE TIME FOR SERVICE?? THERE IS NOT ANY SENSE OF HUMER TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER. SOME TIMES THEY DO NOT RECEIVE OUR CALL..IT'S ADRESS & NAME GIVEN AS UNDER
