Dear Sir / Madam,
We have purchased Electronic Appliances (namely refrigerator, microwave, washing machine & aquaguard water purifier from Dass Electronics in Pune on 16th October'2010.
The goods were not delivered and after a lot of calls, we were told that the Stores have been sealed by their bank. Following which, Dass Electronics have been pomising us the deivery of the goods when ever we called them every - 2 days.
Finally, we were told that we should apply for a refund. We have done the same and have not received the refund till date.
Kindly advise.
