No answer from the dealer for delivery of goods after 2 months

I have bought Sony LCD BX300 & Home Theater DZ310 on 22 Oct from Dass Kalyaninagar Showroom. I have made down payment of 13K & paid rest amount from Bajaj Finance. Delivery was planned on 30 Oct but Till date I have received it. Their showrooms have been sealed by Canara Bank for dues. From 01 Nov I am calling them for delivery & they are providing me new date.
