Respected Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model sony ericsson j105i to Sony Ericsson service center Accel Frontline Service, Khemka House, 5th floor, Drive in Rd Branch for Display problem On 3 March. From there i got job sheet (SE311AAD10156) and they told me it will take 2 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more. Now 1 month gone.

I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of

Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...
