i have ordered for an Blackberry 9530G June 16 i received the mobile through blue dart courier
and i have paid Rs.8050.
As soon as i received the mobile i called my network provider to activate Blackberry service they have given a shocking information that no netwrok provider in India support that GSM CDMA mobile so i was using that mobile with out blackberry service. Suddenly one day mobile got switched off and i was not able to switch it on. So i went to blackberry service center there i came to know that the mobile battery is not original and mobile what i have received also a refurbished one.
I request you to replace my handset or pls give me cash back.
Else kindly suggest me against whom i want to raise a consumer complaint Deals and you.com or Aakanksha Distributors Pvt Ltd

I wrote this complaint to deals and you on 25th july i got a complaint numb on 27th july. whenever i am calling to customer care they are saying complaint in process wait for two days. today august 2nd i called today also they are wait for two more days. that's why i am seeking help from Consumer. Kindly help me in getting this done.
