Airtel mobile number is not working

9008170784 is my airtel number and it is postpaid it is in tha name of nagaraju when i have to called this number that lady says " the airtel customer as bar its incomeing call " what is the problem i am not understanding whether its monthly bill is not cleared or not if it is not cleared plz send that airtel bill soft copy through e mail i have to paid that amount plz do the need full
