I purchased dell xcd28 mobile through home shop18 IMEI355280040171646 rs8000 on 8 march and now

my phone's touch screen was getting problem to operate, .I went to service center at Nehru Place (Digicomp Complete Solutions ltd., ) but now there is no service center of dell, can someone one help me pls

no one pick the phone call on service center...
