I bought a Dell cell during the month of March and within 2 months the working condition of the cell was very bad, so I went to Dell service center in Chennai and there they agreed that there was a manufacturing defect and promised to replace me with another cell. They told it will be replaced within 15 days but whenever I contacted them through phone or went directly, their reply was a constant one saying that it will be received within 2-3 days. I am fed up with this answer. I am even willing to buy a new model at some more cost but they are not giving any proper answer. I bought the Dell cell over others due to your name in laptops but I did not expect this poor service from you people. Now i have been put to a position of using my old cell which does not have access to see my mails in regards to my business. I am even unable to buy a new one also.
