Regarding the replacement

Dear sir,

I have submitted my DELL mobile (XCD-28) in DELL costomer service center at jogeshwari (W), mumbai on 30.01.2012.Just after two week of purchasing the mobile problem of speaker, battery is observed. All assesories are also damaged. Near about one month is over to submitt the mobile but even uptill now i have not get the mobile return to me. so please try to give me either replacement of mobile or as it is, as early as possible.
