The mobile device has two major faults :
Screen got Cracks: without any physical assault this mobile device developed multiple cracks on the screen. Almost every user got such complaint and on
visiting Dell Service Center (Galleria Market, Gurgaon), I was very confidently told by executive that device screen broke because of misuse or dropped.
On checking their complaint register it came to my notice every visitor with a Dell streak got the same common complaint and the service center got the
same REPLY for all.
Faulty Hardware/Software: Very unstable hardware, mobile phone restarts while a call is going on. I do face problem while answering Incoming calls, the
screen doesn't get UNLOCKED after multiple attempts. On receiving any call device freezes for 5-8 seconds.
DELL didn't resolve any of my problem, which I was promised while purchasing. Am still living with this faulty DELL STREAK 5.
It has been a lot of frustration being an Owner of such expensive (Rs 25000/-) and faulty mobile device.
Looking for a genuine solution.
