I purchased an DELL XCD35 in october. In march i realised that the device is not responding to the touch, with in a span of week, i handovered my phone to the DELL AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE, SD.ROAD, SEC-BAD
for the necessary repairs. Its has been more than one month now, but i do not get any response from the service centre.
It has been the worst experience of poor service till date. I request the concerned officers to kindly look into this issue.
