I have purchased Dell-XCD35 on Online shopping from ETREE Marketing Pvt Ltd, Invoice No: 429929 On 30th Sept.
I had a problem on Display on the mobile the Auto Rotate Screen was not functioning. Hence I have taken it to the Nearest Dell Authorized Services Center, "Ascentel On Cunningham Road, Bangalore - 560052" On Dated 10/Oct. Since the Mobile was under warranty. They have taken it for Replacement with new device. I kindly request you to provide me an update ASAP, Since every time call Dell Support the call will be routed Dell Telecom Support and after 15-20 mins the call get disconnected without any response. On 31st Oct I have sent mail to [email protected] till date no reply..
Please considor about my problem and give me a response as soon as possible.
