Non functioning of screen touch, hangs many times and low battery back up

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one DELL-XCD-28 mobile hand set bering Order No.96209489 Rs.8699/- IMEI-355280040-163999 during the month February from homeshop-18. But after 4 months the screen touch option hangs many times, sometimes not functioning and battery back up is very low. I had also many times lodge complain before your homeshop by telephone. As per your advice i have also contact customer care Dell but the mobile always getting swich up often. The said mobile is under warrenty period. You are therefore requested to returned a new mobile handset or refund my money as soon as possible.

An early action in this regard is highly requested.
