Failure of instrument in five months after purchase and poor service

Purchased new Sony Ericsson mobile phone model T250i from MobileNxt Teleservices in Pune on 12 March. The instrument's speaker failed and since it was under warranty/guarantee it was given to their authorized Service Center M/S Mobile Point in Thane on 5th August. Service Center kept the phone for two weeks and then returned back saying it will take 45 to 60 days for free repairs.
