Diet 50 symphony
Pump is out of orde

I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model diet 50. I had bought the product in 2012 April. The motor of the cooler jammed and I had registered the complaint around 15 days back, at service advizer, delhi. The complaint number is not coming by sms till now.
