Poor response & mandatory package

I regret to inform you that i am very much depressed of the poor customer response Dish TV group is giving to the customer.

The following are the points i want to get clarification and to be resolved. Hope i will get solution...

1) I got this product with Samsung 32" LCD TV and got installed on payment of Rs.750/- without any bill for this amount.

2) While installation no one informed that my monthly package is mandatory of Rs.450/- per month even though i am having DTH connection of other make i opted for this because you adverting as no.1 DTH in asia.

3) Inspite of several follow-ups with Customer care nos no one is giving clear solution and on 21/4 one person from customer care agreed and informed that my set-up box has to be changed with Standard STB and given the number of one Mr. Sathishkumar -9094034346 - Chennai.

4) When i contacted the person he told that he is a franchisee and cannot do anything and my subsequent contact with him went on vain.

5) Again i contacted customer care and got information that i can put any package for my present set top box (Tru-HD) and based on his information i recharged with an amount of Rs.235/- for Rs.199/- per month package sports package.

6) But i got a message that my connection has been recharged for Rs450/- south planitum package HD channels and connection is due to recharge till 10/5.

7) Again i contacted customer care and came to know that for this Tru-HD STB, Rs450/- planitum package with 20HD channels is mandatory. If that is the case why it has not mentioned at the beginning itself and after installation you are asking me to go for mandatory.

8) To tell you as of now most of the channels are not coming and HD channels are not coming with this package. If you want i can give the photographs taken on 24/4. For this i contacted the customer care again on 25/4 and he gave a complaint no:57910231 at 6.30pm.

9) As of now it has not been resolved and again i got a message on 25/4 at 9.20pm saying that the complaint : 57910231 has been resolved and in case of any problem asked me to contact customer care.

10) Because of the repeated follow-ups i lost Rs.250/- for the phone charge alone and leads to deep depression by repeatedly contacted customer care.
