mere paas dishtv he me ye batana chahta hu ke jab dishtv ka recharge khatam hojane ke baad jab dishtv account deactive hota he tab dishtv ki or se Rs.20 ka grase charge kis hisab se lete he.. dusari koi bhi company ye charge nahi leti to kya dishtv apna kayada khud banati he..
