Wrong recharge on RC 48 topup

Hello,

I have seen a offer in my mobile yesterday (11th May) while querying my balance on *123# after balance that there is full talk time offer on 48RC but when I did the recharge of 48 then I got talk time of only RS 1. Could you please let me know which offer these money is deducted and if possible please refund it back as top up recharge. When I am trying to talk to customer care representative then it say some msg (use *121*2# for you balance enquiry... ) and disconnect the call. Not sure why its happening?
