I bought an dish tv set up box before an year ago it was working good n when i reacharged my account n after one month the channel which were there in my package was took out n when i call the customer care they said that the channel charge extra amoubt but i reacharged it for 3 months but no responce to me n after that my set up box was not working well i call customer care one of the guy came to my home n checked it by him the work was not done n he asked me the service charge i didnot gave him the charge he said it is an software problem he gave me an address where the software update were done i went there but there was no responce to me there also they said that it is an technical problem n send me to home that it cannot be done n no responce i just request uyou that please giove me an responce n complain on dish tv tele communication service n take some following step on them
