I had booked my complaint for not functioning of my refrigerator and I had given a service call No.499547 on 02.10.09. In response, a technician from the company attended and replaced a timer box attached to my refrigerator. I had paid him Rs.350 as service charges and Rs.800 as cost of the timer box. I had asked him to provide me a receipt of the same. He told me that I will get a receipt within a few days through courier or by post. Till date, I have not received any receipt from the godrej customercare service centre. On repeated reminders to customercare services, I had always been told that I will get the receipts very soon, but till date I have not yet received any receipt from the customer service centre. I don't know how long time it will take to provide me the receipt.
Please look into the matter.
