Dear Samir,

This is for information, set is having One year warranty (12months) from date of purchase, during warranty failure company will do free of cost part replacement and no service charges (which is defined on warranty terms and conditions). Since set is beyond warranty, part will be replaced on chargeable basis.

Please revert if you are ready for chargeable repairs.

In my e-mail I have mentioned Some question that was not replied are as under -

refrigerator who get's Rusted in 12 to 18 months - [As per telephonic talk with you have inform me that this refrigerator was purchased on 07.12.2008 and As per my complaint dated 17.12.2010 i.e. 24 months"??? - Is this your company maintaining Quality??? - Reply.

2. I want Quotation that was not provided in this Reply - Explain Why?

3. You have not Replied the reason for delay in Reply to my complaint - Explain Why?

Once again I request you please give me full reply alongwith Quotation.

You have replied that -

This all about you have mentioned about warranty, but what about "Quality"??? and what about the old door which was replaced at the my cost of Rs-1088/approximate service charges??

You have replied that -

First of all please clarify when I was oppose/dispute??? - I want quotation in written on e-mail and you have not reply after my 2 - 3 times given test mails by me. This is really Disgusting "You blame me regarding Payment dispute" rather then excepting your mistake/delay in replying to me.
