I have made complaint to replace the timer in Haier Fron load fully automatic washing machine of model # HA655T with reference # BAN 112020036 0n 2.2.2011 at your Tollfree # and they have not repaired/replaced so far (2.3.2011) and the service after sales of the product for any complaint is not attended in time.
